The California Collaborative for Impactful Pathways (CCIP) is part of the Statewide System of Support (SSOS) and Special Education Resource Leads (SERL). CCIP is committed to improving outcomes for students with disabilities by collaboratively building their capacity, and by sharing promising practices and resources to support local educational agencies (LEAs) and county offices of education (COEs) statewide.
Build capacity with a focus on Least Restrictive Environments (LREs) for students with disabilities, fostering rightful presence, welcoming, and belonging through high leverage practices while promoting a culture of rightful presence, inclusivity, and belonging.
Coordinate professional learning, resources, and support that equip participants with high leverage, impactful practices leading to successful post-secondary opportunities for students with disabilities.
Identify existing resources and professional activities available to assist LEAs in improving post-secondary outcomes for students with disabilities.

The California Collaborative for Impactful Pathways (CCIP) provides comprehensive training across the Golden State through in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions. Designed for teachers, coaches, support staff and administrators in both general and special education, CCIP offers collective efficacy within educational organizations. Our mission is to advance high leverage impactful practices for students with disabilities at local, regional, and statewide levels while enhancing secondary supports, services and resources to promote successful post-secondary outcomes.
